REFLECTING OF THE SEASON COMING OUT SOON!
A new printed and online edition of City of Women: Reflecting 2019/2020 will be published at the end of May. In this year's publication artists, curators, critics and publicists reflect on the past season of the City of Women with an emphasis on our artistic and curatorial achievements and educational and activist efforts. Free Booklet in English will be available at our office on Metelkova 6, Ljubljana and its PDF version on our website.

SHORT GLOSSARY OF CONTERMPORARY ART TERMS
Within the framework of the S(v)odobnost (Createmporaneity) project and in collaboration with SCCA Ljubljana, KUD Mreža, ŠKUC Nomad Dance Academy Slovenijawe have prepared an art history glossary of contemporary art terms, which provides adequate information to school students, teachers and other curious minds.
The (Slovenian only) online glossary comprises clear and comprehensible explanations for art history terms that have been pointed out to us by the teachers of elementary and secondary schools, stating that they lack teaching materials which they could use to acquaint their pupils (and themselves) with these notions.
We have defined the more difficult terms by using examples in contemporary artwork and added some more general terms to facilitate their contextualisation. The explanations are equipped with images, questions and applicable assignments that enable an experience-based, reflective and dialogical approach to the educationalists as well as the youth.
MEET THE WOW GROUP!
Meet the WoW Group! The group consists of individuals who come from different cultural backgrounds and co-create our two-year European project Women * on Women. Participants are involved in all project activities, in addition to participation in the selection of the WoW nominees, they will be involved in preparing new performances and other artistic programs. The group works with the support of local coordinators, who design activities in the direction of exchanging knowledge and acquiring new competencies.

City of Women started the two-year project Cultural Enterprise Certificat. The project consortium unites the Društvo Asociacija, City of Women and Društvo humanistov Goriške and is funded by the Ministry of Public Administration of the Republic of Slovenia. The project addresses the lack of cooperation and integration of culture with other sectors and industries. We have categorized the challenge into three problem scopes: lack of connection between culture and other sectors, mostly the economy; lack of cultural finances outside the national budget and general decrease of interest in culture. Culture as such, especially non-governmental culture, has not yet introduced such a system. In view of the current needs, we will therefore form a system of certification which could actively tackle the source problems.
