Fierce Women Card Game
Red Cycle and City of Women at the 7th Recycleart festival

The socially engaged card-game Fierce Women, created by the Zagreb-based organisation Common Zone, playfully acquaints players with the accomplishments of women in the fields of culture, politics, feminism, human rights, and art.
In 2020, Common Zone in collaboration with the City of Women and other WoW project partners prepared an additional, free deck of playing cards Fierce Women WoW, also comprising eight historic personalities from Slovenia: Mara Bešter, Zofka Kveder, Marta Paulin Schmidt, Angela Piskernik, Dušana Šantel Kanoni, Alojzija Štebi, Vida Tomšič, and Vita Zupančič.

The card game is appropriate for 10+ years of age.
The event is free of charge. The cards will be available for purchase whereas the ideas for using the cards in educational settings (in Slovenian) will be available for free.
In case of bad weather, the event will take place in the Alkatraz Gallery.
