XXII International Festival of Contemporary Arts - City of Women is coming which is a great reason to visit Ljubljana from October 3rd to 16th.
And to make your decision easier we're offering you a Festival Pass for special prices. Choose between a 3-day ticket for € 25 or to experience the whole festival for € 50.
Some of the artists that will mark the festival:
Simone Aughterlony, Rosana Cade, Marcia Farquhar, Tania El Khoury, Ria Hartley, Dina Rončević, artists from the FyraBen collective and others. Slovenian artists Kaja Lorenci, Maja Smrekar, Olja Grubić & Živa Petrič will premiere their works at the festival. Film programme will offer unique encounter with works of Chantal Akerman; we will also host her yearlong collaborator Claire Atherton. Even before the British premiere we will screen Terence Davies’ A Quiet Passion, a subtle homage to American poet Emily Dickinson. Performances, installations and projections will interweave with several talks, lectures, workshops and gatherings.
