CONCURRENT EVENTS: Photo-mosaic of the last three City of Women Festival events
”The cities were populated
by women artists. Instead of losing ourselves in tiny streets, we found
ourselves in music. Instead of wondering through the parks, we stopped in front
of images. Instead of drinking coffee in bars, we were drinking words. My name
is Nada Žgank and I was the one capturing the reflection with my camera”.
Nada Žgank documents festivals (City of Women, Ex-Ponto, Druga godba) and
museum collections. Her photographs are regularly published in Mladina, Muska,
and Sobotna priloga. She exhibited her work in the Stopnišce Gallery, the
Slovene Ethnographic Museum, K4, the Veronika Gallery in Kamnik, and at
Institutum Studiorum Humanitatis.
